Now where did I leave that book about how to land the plane if the pilot passes out…

So!
So! Flyboy and Spooky are now separated! And plummeting towards the city below! And we know that Adult Spooky can’t fly. And Mitch looks… unconscious.
How are our heroes going to get back down to Terra Firma? I mean, um, safely!
Tune in this Wednesday to find out! Hope to see you there!
So at least Spooky can breathe again but now Mitch lost consciousness?
Is Mitch on fire?
It looks like the spell/infection/whatever on Mitch’s arm shorted out the noose spell, and the shock wave blasted them apart. That suggests a few things.
Oh, and as for how they’ll survive. I envision a giant green pillow and/or catcher’s mitt.
(I’ve read a lot of Green Lantern over the years, and Spooky’s magic IS green… )
Neat eloquent summary from Spooks! “Oh, crap”!
Oops, I was wrong about the blue blaze on Mitch. It was extinguished very briefly, but it reignited in his hand. Perhaps his doom by immolation has been delayed, since it now has to travel all the way up his arm again to reach his body? So we can thankfully worry about the plummeting problem first.
By the by, is anyone else in town noticing the BOOOOOOM and the flare in the sky? Are we going to see the local version of Batgirl arrive on her Bat-cycle to find out what’s going on?
“If it isn’t one thing, it’s another. It’s always something.”
oh thank GOD the noose is gone. Now to figure out the whole “falling to our death” situation. What is up with Mitch’s arm? I didn’t realize the blue glowy thing made his arm completely useless… :[
Yep! That’s how it looks!
He is not.
I like your thoughtful suggestions, Nate.
There is some chance that ExSec would notice. But would they find anything when they eventually show up?
It sure did. But what exactly is going on with it remains to be seen.
