ANNIVERSARY PATRON THANK YOUS

Your continued support has always been the reason I’ve been able to continue making this comic. And I am especially grateful to our readers who continue to support this comic month-after-month during this time. Thank you for letting me continue to create these pages. Thank you for being the real superheroes of this comic.

And so, I hope everyone will please join me in wishing a very special Woolfpack anniversary “thank you!” to those Patrons who have been supporting our work for a year or more!

First let me thank pack members who have been generously supporting our work for the last 12 months as of this week (Oct 31-Nov 6):

Iris and Jarno

(You totally rock, Iris and Jarno!)

And a heroic thank you as well as for a Woolfpack member who has been supporting our work for 36 months of this week (Oct 31-Nov 6):

Freddy R.

(Three years of support! Thank you so much, Freddy!)

I’d like to send out a big thank you to members of the Woolfpack who have been supporting our work for 48 months of this week (Oct 31-Nov 6):

Randall K. and Vince P.

(Four years of support! Thank you so much, Randall and Vince!)

A huge howl to an awesome reader who has been supporting me and this comic for 60 months (5 years!) as of this week (Oct 31-Nov 6):

Andrew D.

Thank you so much, Andrew! You are so awesome!

Thank you all so much for your amazing, ongoing support! It’s the consistent support that is what really allows me to continue making this comic. You all truly are superheroes!

So!

So! Cory tries to explain that he’s no angel, but neither Karthak nor the Blood Wolf are having it! And now said Wolf is literally placing her own heart into Cory’s hands!

Why would she do that? And what’s Cory supposed to do with it?

Tune in this Saturday to find out! Hope to see you there! 😀

Well, that was unexpected… and gross. Not eagerly awaiting the colors on THAT panel. LOL

It does call to mind a Tom Lehrer song. I have to re-listen to remember which one, but I think there’s a line about holding a heart (there’s another one about a hand).

  2. Avatar for Nate Nate says:

    That’s from The Masochism Tango

    At your command
    Before you here I stand
My heart is in my hand
    (Yeechh!)
It’s here that I must be

I can’t help but think that there’s some symbolism here.

  3. Wearing your heart on Cory’s sleeve? eek. How about keeping close to the chest?
She really worked her heart out for him. (I know, I know!) lmbo.

  4. Avatar for Matt Matt says:

    Thanks!

  5. …holy crap. A great gift indeed, and yet my mind immediately goes to everything that might go wrong. Even Blood Wolf can’t guarantee it’ll protect Cory, but what about her?! D:

  6. Don’t worry, Matt. It’s all sparkly magic, I assure you.

(And I remember being introduced to Tom Lehrer songs as a kid. Good times.)

    Good question, Julia!
