I’m sure the monsters will understand, Cory.

Please note: These are work-in-progress colors. Vero should get me the final colors soon.

ANNIVERSARY PATRON THANK YOUS

Your continued support has always been the reason I’ve been able to continue making this comic. And I am especially grateful to our readers who continue to support this comic month-after-month during this time. Thank you for letting me continue to create these pages. Thank you for being the real superheroes of this comic.

And so, I hope everyone will please join me in wishing a very special Woolfpack anniversary “thank you!” to those Patrons who have been supporting our work for a year or more!

First let me thank a pack member who has been supporting our work for the last 12 months as of this week (Aug 22-28):

(Two years of support! Thank you so much, hyuuy6 and Courtney!)

A huge thank you to members of the Woolfpack who have been supporting our work for 48 months of this week (Aug 22-28):

(Five years of support! Thank you so much, James and Michał!)

And let me also send out my biggest howl to those members of the Woolfpack who have been supporting this comic and our work from the very beginning!

These are the awesome readers who have been supporting me and this comic for 72 months (6 years!) as of this week (Aug 22-28):

Arkenian and RelwarcTheMighty

Thank you so much, Arkenian and RelwarcTheMighty! Y’all are so awesome!

Thank you all so much for your amazing, ongoing support! It’s the consistent support that is what really allows me to continue making this comic. You all truly are superheroes!

So!

So! Between Karthak’s pleas and children in danger, Cory couldn’t just sit on the sidelines for this fight! And, at the moment, he seems to have the agarros on the defensive. But “defensive” is not the same as “defeated!”

Last time, Cory had a convenient cliff to throw the monsters over. Will his powers be enough this time, too? Or will his lack of training and confidence be his undoing?

Tune in this Saturday  to find out! Hope to see you there! 😀

If that does not deter them, drop one of them in a fire.

    YEET!

I am reminded of a quote from arguably the best superhero comics run in history:

“You are a mighty fighter, but in the end, you are only a selfish creature while heroes…heroes have an infinite capacity for stupidity! Thus are legends born!

    • Thor #380 , Walt Simonson
  3. Hmmmmm.

Cory is definitely feeling that jam right now, Nate.

  4. He’s still able to snark! Methinks that’s a good sign. Alsooo, these baddies are smaller but there’s a lot of them… wonder how Cory’s energy will hold up? oh, yes: go go gooooooo ★o(・д´・+)9”

  5. Avatar for Klaus Klaus says:

This reminds me of a quote from the Wizard King, (Backtranslated from the Danish translation):
The Immis had a word for “hero”. It was the same word they used for “idiot”. This is the story of how Odkin became a hero.

  6. With Cory, that is definitely a good sign, Julia!

I like that, too, Klaus.
