More than one of y’all thought Spooky shouldn’t remove the pole…

Please note: These are work-in-progress colors. Vero should get me the final colors soon.

ANNIVERSARY PATRON THANK YOUS

Your continued support has always been the reason I’ve been able to continue making this comic. And I am especially grateful to our readers who continue to support this comic month-after-month during this time. Thank you for letting me continue to create these pages. Thank you for being the real superheroes of this comic.

And so, I hope everyone will please join me in wishing a very special Woolfpack anniversary “thank you!” to those Patrons who have been supporting our work for a year or more!

I’d like to send out a big thank you to a member of the Woolfpack who has been supporting our work for 24 months of this week (July 11-17):

Pascal

(Two years of support! Thank you so much, Pascal!)

And a heroic thank you as well as for Woolfpack members who have been supporting our work for 48 months of this week (July 11-17):

Ashley D. and Karen D.

(Four years of support! Thank you so much, Ashley and Karen!)

And let me also send out my biggest howl to those members of the Woolfpack who have been supporting this comic and our work from the very beginning!

These are the awesome readers who have been supporting me and this comic for 72 months (6 years!) as of this week (July 11-17):

So!

So! It looks like Spooky really did get The Man. And it’s good to hear Amanda will be ok, but what about Flyboy? Conventional wisdom in the comments was that Spooky should have left in the pole to keep the bleeding from getting worse. But for some reason, he didn’t hear you!

Did Spooky need to remove the pole for his healing to work? Will it make Flyboy’s bleeding worse? And is Teen Spooky’s healing just-in-time… or too late?

Tune in this Saturday to find out! Hope to see you there! 😀

  1. Avatar for Nate Nate says:

Conventional wisdom doesn’t take into account the possibility of accelerated healing via magic (I’m hoping without scarring. Mitch is too cute for that).

Kissing him and making it better is also a possibility.

  2. Battle scars can be a good thing. Some folks find “life experience wounds” sexy.

  3. oh GOD i am not okay with this T_T i’m pulling for Mitch too!!! and you Spooks!!! distressed whale noises

  4. We don’t know if Flyboy has accelerated healing, but it’s at least plausible considering his power set.

I love your distressed whale noises, Julia.
